As a rule, the source of the information is the website user/customer himself. In addition to this, we may obtain additional information from our partners, e.g. from a credit service provider for invoicing services. You can see the information you own through the customer account, and if you wish, you have the option to delete the identification information related to you.
Data retention period
Personal data stored in the electronic register are kept until the person concerned requests their deletion. The e-mail list subscription remains valid until the person indicates that they want to be removed from the list.
Regular data sources
Information is collected directly when visiting the site. The register only contains information provided by the user himself.
Regular data transfers and data transfers outside the EU or the European Economic Area
The information in the register is not disclosed for commercial purposes or to third parties. Information is not transferred outside the EU or EEA.
Use of cookies
On our website, we use the so-called cookie function, i.e. cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is sent to the user's computer and stored there, which enables the website administrator to identify visitors who visit the site frequently and to compile composite information about the visitors. Cookies do not damage users' computers or files.
If the user visiting our pages does not want us to receive the above-mentioned information with the help of cookies, most browser programs enable the cookie function to be turned off. This is usually done through the browser settings.
However, it is good to take into account that cookies may be necessary for the proper functioning of some of the pages we maintain.
Registry protection
The data is transferred over an SSL-protected connection. The right to use the customer register belongs to the person in charge of the register appointed by the board of Blokgarden Oy and the CEO, who need information in their duties. The e-mail administrator has the right to use e-mail lists. These persons have a duty of confidentiality. The information in the member register is stored securely.
The register does not contain sensitive information mentioned in § 11 of the Personal Register Act.
Automatic Decision Making
Automated individual decisions (Article 22 of the EU Data Protection Regulation) are not made.
Rights of the registrant
The registered person has the right to check the information about himself. The inspection request is addressed either in writing or by e-mail to the controller's representative (the person in charge of the register or the person in charge of the e-mail). The registered person has the right to demand the correction of incorrect information. The data is corrected by the administrator of the register in cooperation with the operator who provided the incorrect information. The correction request is addressed either in writing or by e-mail to the representative of the data controller.
